John Quinn's Royal Ascot winner Highfield Princess  will head to Chelmsford on July 4 for the Queen Charlotte Fillies' Stakes.

The four-year-old has absolutely thrived over the last year, rising in the handicap from a mark of 58 last September to winning the Buckingham Palace Stakes last week off 92.

In the interim she has won at Ayr and Haydock on turf, as well as three times at Chelmsford over seven furlongs and Quinn believes the Listed event is tailor-made for her.

"She has done nothing but improve this filly," said Quinn.

"I think our next stop will be chasing some black type.

"There's a race at Chelmsford for her a week on Sunday, for four-year-old fillies and upwards, that looks perfect as she goes well there."
