The Queen's Gold Cup winner Estimate remains in contention for a return to Ascot on Saturday in the QIPCO British Champions Long Distance Cup.

Trained by Sir Michael Stoute, the filly has not been seen since her battling victory in front of Her Majesty at the Royal meeting and she also started her season at Ascot in May when coming clear in the Sagaro Stakes.

A strong group of stayers lie in wait among the 14 other confirmed horses, such as Godolphin's Lonsdale Cup winner Ahzeemah and former Gold Cup hero Colour Vision.

Aidan O'Brien fields the hat-trick chasing Eye Of The Storm and Ernest Hemingway, who can resume his regular battle with Johnny Murtagh's Royal Diamond while Times Up, back to form for Ed Dunlop, is also still in the reckoning.
