The Temple is a rematch of last's years heat where less than a length covered Battash, Kachy and Mabs Cross. Battaash has the highest peaks but he is first time out and his two runs before a break were a ways below his very best.
Given that, the model sees plenty of scenarios where Battaash is far enough off his best to be beaten by the race fit and flying Kachy and Mabs Cross and it sees the betting value in Kachy who has strung together three fast wins on the all weather.
That Kachy's best have come on synthetics is probably the knock on him but his run here last year shows that he can replicate that form on turf and the model is keen to bet that he can tonight.
