RACE 1

LUCKY TIGER (7) – Has been tending to mix his form in recent outings but is trending towards a suitable rating. Will likely get back from the awkward draw but can finish strongly with the racerun to suit.
MIKCAIPHO (6) – Has been a model of consistency in recent outings. Drawn to take up a handy spot and will appreciate the claim from Krisna Thangamani. Can fight out the finish.
LOOKS GOOD (2) – Hasn't been far from the mark in recent outings, which have been in much tougher grade. Capable of contending the business end with even luck from the wide alley.
TAVITO (5) – Has been struggling to win in recent outings but has the ability to win a race of this nature. Keep safe on best credentials.

RACE 2

CHARMING DIAMOND (9) – Ran on for a nice third on debut in first Leg of the Singapore Golden Horseshoe series. Looks to have come on since. Big say.
IN THE BLACK (7) – After a disappointing first run, put in a more notable performance second-up. Not without ability. Fair claims.
BARBARIAN (8) – Showed some ability at his two barrier trials. From in-form yard. Worth following.
SOTHISTHEONE (3) – Mixes his form but on race experience, he is a few notches above some of these. Threat if in the mood.

RACE 3

BIG HEARTED (1) – Smart type who remains unbeaten from two career outings. Isn't ideally drawn but has the ability to overcome and contend the business end yet again.
RESOLUTION (10) – On debut. Has trialled into this affair stylishly and appears to have plenty of ability. Monitor parade and market.
NO REGRETS (3) – Won in good fashion on debut when leading all the way. Drawn to be prominent yet again and is capable of giving a sight. Major player.
FREE FALLIN' (6) – On debut. Has had the benefit of two trials leading into this affair. Monitor parade and market.

RACE 4

HOTSHOTS SLAM (10) – Was meant to run in the second Leg of the Singapore Golden Horseshoe series on June 9, but was scratched. Showed potential in his barrier trials. No weight on his back. Expected to start short.
GOLDEN KID (4) – Gapped his rivals in a barrier trial on June 13. Well drawn and should either get the run of the race or lead from there. Bears watching.
YAKETY YAK (12) – Filly who showed vast improvement at her second run. Still learning the tools of the trade but on her last start, she is not without some claims here.
CALIFORNIA (1) – Ignore last start when he missed the start. Not the worst here. Can pinch a place with some luck.

RACE 5

WASSERGEIST (3) – On debut in Singapore. Brings respectable credentials to this affair from Australia and has trialled well leading into this affair. Commands respect.
WONDERFUL KNIGHT (4) – Has been a reformed horse this preparation. Was gallant in defeat last start and finds conditions to suit in this affair. Major player.
DUSSELDORF (5) – Has been struggling to produce best in recent outings but commands respect on best credentials. Don't ignore.
FULIFE BRILLANCE (2) – Returned to the trials after only a satisfactory debut effort. Appears to have progressed nicely and is worth keeping safe in this affair.

RACE 6

BRIMSTONE (1) – Knocking on the door. This could be his winning turn at his 18th attempt.
OVER DE TOP (3) – Doesn't win out of turn. Likes the course and distance, though. Can win this from the handy barrier.
FIGHTING WARRIOR (2) – Pops up once in a while. In his element in this. Go close.
TOP BANANA (8) – Back from a freshen-up and if he reproduces his last-start second in January, he must be in with some sort of chance in this.

RACE 7

TWICKENHAM (1) – Experienced campaigner who has been struggling to win in recent outings but will appreciate the drop back in grade. Expect bold showing on best credentials.
STAR EMPEROR (7) – Rises rapidly in journey but his racing manners will aid his chances in running the trip. Has plenty of ability and is capable of contending the business end.
TIME LORD (2) – Bounced back to winning form last start. This assignment is tougher but is capable of making the step up. Major player with a repeat dose.
AUGUSTUS (4) – Hasn't quite put it all together yet but has ability. Stepping back up in trip looks no problem and is worth thought on best efforts.

RACE 8

SILENT FORCE (3) – Scored an impressive win last time out. On that form, will be hard to beat. Only query is the extra impost of four kilos.
MACH (7) – Made good ground behind Silent Force in that race. Not much of a weight turnaround (1kg) but with some luck, he can still turn the tables on Silent Force.
SALAMENCE (11) – Always thereabouts these days. This is a bit sharp, but if the pace is on, he can give this a shake in the concluding stages.
SACRED GURU (6) – Lost his way a little in last couple of starts. Place claims on best form.
