Andre Fabre's Deep Impact filly Savarin has a Group One date in the Prix Marcel Boussac on Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe weekend on her agenda.

Unbeaten in two outings, the youngster is out of the excellent racemare Sarafina – who was a multiple Group One winner for the Aga Khan.

An easy winner on her debut at Deauville, she then won a Group Three at Longchamp with the minimum of fuss.

"Savarin will go for the Prix Marcel Boussac," said Fabre.

"She's done nothing wrong – she's a lovely filly, with a great action.

"She's got a lovely conformation. She's a bit light, as you can see just by looking at her – but she's got a big heart, and I thought she won quite easy last time.

"She's laid back, and the early signs are good."

The Prix Jean-Luc Lagardere, the equivalent race for colts over a mile, is the target for the unbeaten Victor Ludorum – who won at Chantilly on Saturday to take his record to two from two as well.

"Victor Ludorum only made his debut two weeks ago, so was running back quite quickly," said Fabre.

"The plan now with him is to go for the Prix Jean-Luc Lagardere.

"I'm quite happy with my two-year-olds this year. Hopefully they can end the season well."
