The Racing and Sports Priceline for the 2020 Prix De Fontainbleau from Longchamp.
Racing returns in France with an outstanding meeting at Longchamp and, while the fact that the meeting is a kick off point for nearly every runner seems to call for a softly softly approach, the Racing and Sports Priceline is fired up and ready to play.
The Prix De Fontainbleau is the main Guineas trial in France and last year's Lagadere winner Victor Ludorum headlines a typically strong heat.
Assessed Prices: Victor Ludorum $2.00; Helter Skelter $4.50; Pisanello $13.00; Ecrivain $13.00.

The unbeaten favourite is certainly the horse to beat, having established himself at a high level already, but early prices are well inside the even money that the Priceline arrives at and betting around him looks the option.
Two of the other three hopes in our top 88% come through that same Lagadere where they were beaten by Victor but perhaps not as conclusively as the betting would say.
The betting also no doubt takes into account Victor's 'Fabre factor' but Rouget (26% last 50 runners) throws the saddle on Helter Skelter who ran sectionals to match Victor on Arc Day and looks a credible threat on their returns.
The other angle away from the favourite is Pisanello who has the recent run to his name having already kickstarted his 2020 before the break, with a listed win over The Summit at Saint Cloud in March. There wasn't much between that pair and this will no doubt prove tougher, but the time looked solid and the advantage of the recent run on testing ground can see Pisanello outrun his potentially big odds.
