The Racing and Sports Priceline picks for the 2020 Nunthorpe Stakes from York.
As was the case on day two - which we covered here - the feature on the third day of York's Ebor meeting is dominanted by a deep odds-on favourite who is well fished in the early betting.
The Racing and Sports Pricing Model doesn't need to be very clever to find Battaash on top, and it does so. Sapping the interest is that it finds him no more or less appealing than the prices currently being bet and the same could be said of main danger Art Power. It's a hard race to get involved in viewed through the Pricing Model.
But as was the case last night, the feature can be enjoyed with better betting options available elsewhere. And as was the case last night, the pick of those is trained by William Haggas - the Model zoning in on his strong record at the track and in partnership with Tom Marquand among other things.
The pair link up in the Gimcrack Stakes with the horse who brings the best bank of ratings to the table - Yazaman. His latest couple are as good as anything on offer here and even accounting for the upside of others he should get away with it more often than the prices on offer - about 4-1 at the time of writing - at least in the view of The Model.
