Goodwood heroine Suesa  may be set for a return trip from France to England for this month's Coolmore Wootton Bassett Nunthorpe Stakes at York.

Suesa produced a devastating performance in Friday's Group Two King George Qatar Stakes – returning to winning form, after failing to figure prominently in the Commonwealth Cup at Royal Ascot, and taking her career record to five victories in six starts.

After her latest success, the prospect was mooted of travelling again for the Nunthorpe on August 20 – with another Group One, the Prix de l'Abbaye at ParisLongchamp in October, her principal end-of-season target.

The three-year-old filly's trainer Francois Rohaut has confirmed a York venture is in the equation, with a decision to be taken in the coming days and the hope that William Buick will again take the ride.

Rohaut told Sky Sports Racing: "We'll decide in 10 days if she'll go to York for the Nunthorpe.

"It's a dream to go there (to England) again and see what she can do, if she can repeat the form."

Suesa has already proved herself well capable with her three-length success at Goodwood – earning Buick's admiration as well as that of her trainer.

"It was a dream to win such a good race in England, against the best sprinters there," added Rohaut.

"It was a big gamble, but she did it, and it's fantastic.

"(William) called me (afterwards) and said 'she's amazing, a fantastic filly'.

"I think if we go back to England, in these conditions, he'll be happy to ride her again."
