Two G3 races highlight the card and both are interesting.

In the Louisiana Stakes Mandaloun and Midnight Bourbon will again meet up.  Last year they finished 3rd and 1st in the Lecomte before going on to bigger and brighter things.  In the Kentucky Derby was second over the line to Medina Spirit, and that result is still before the courts.  Several of Mandaloun's owners are in a major lawsuit against Bob Baffert as they had sizeable bets on their horse winning.  In the Morning Line Mandaloun is on evens and Midnight Bourbon is 6/5.

The Lecomte is over 1700m for the 3yos and gives points towards the Kentucky Derby.  As we don't know much about these youngsters to date, we will just give the Morning Line which has Pappcoup on 8/5, Epicenter 9/5, Trafalgar 5/1 and Cyberknife 6/1.

In New York it has taken 2 days to find a jury for the trial of the vets in the big Dope process.  Servis will face the judiciary probably next week.
