No brotherly love at Sha Tin

3 minute read

The SaSa Ladies' Purse G3 at Sha Tin on Sunday was billed as a race where the younger brother would probably upstage his older brother.

However the older brother was having none of this, and stamped his seniority over the young pretender by staging an emphatic win over him. We are talking about Time Warp and Glorious Forever, the sons of Archipenko (RIP). No doubt their Dad would have been proud of them and their run on the course we had a memorable victory. They will both head to the Internationals in December but maybe not in the same race. Eagle Way ran well to take third and what can we say about Pakistan Star? Suffice to say that we were waiting to see signs that the old Pakistan Star was back, but they didn't appear on Sunday.

Fortunately we did not have to get out in Race 10 as that went to Dragon General on 25.0 from Green Energy with favourite Superich only third.
