Sha Tin sees the conclusion of the 2018/19 season with an 11 race card where the focus is on the trainers!

On Wednesday at Happy Valley John Moore drew level and then John Size drew ahead and they are 76-74.  One sure thing is that the winner will be called "John"!

The other interest is Zac Purton's chase to beat Joao Moreira's record of 170 winners in a season.  He need to ride a 5-timer to do so but as Zac himself has said he didn't expect to ride so many winners and this PB is very satisfying to him.

So today there's the Sha Tin Mile Trophy Class 1.  We like Time To Celebrate for John Size and Joao Moreira on 5.1 however Good Standing is on 3.0 for John Moore and Zac Purton.  Ka Ying Star is on 4.1 and we have a roughie here in Mission Tycoon on 13.0.

The last hurrah comes in Race 11, the Hong Kong Racehorse Owners Association Trophy, over 1400m Class 2.  Thanks Forever is on 3.5 for John Moore and Zac Purton, 4.9 for Hezthewonforus Size-Moreira who has been working very well, Glorious Spectrum is on 6.9 and our roughie here is Elusive State on 18.0 – he's on his last 5 outings!
