The highlight was the G1 Prix Royal-Oak over 2800m.

And the lowlight was the Criterium International which was reduced to being a 2 horse race!

For the record J-P Carvalho's Alson with Frankie Dettori on board with Armory the other horse. 

The Royal-Oak had a few more starters and went to Martyn Meade's Technician with P-C Boudot riding.  Freddy Head's Call The Wind was second and Holdthasigreen was third.  Very much an end of season meeting.
