3 minute read

While not as fast as the girls last Sunday, Salios still managed to break the record for the Asahi Hai Futurity at Hanshin.

The son of Heart's Cry was given a positive ride by Ryan Moore who got his 8th Japanese G1 and trainer Hori-sensei got his 12th.

Taisei Vision travelled wide a lot of the trip but was able to put up a challenge but too little too late.

The one to watch out for in future was the third home Gran Rey who started on 200/1 and came rattling home to run the fastest last 3 furlongs.

We don't know what happened to Pale Ale but he faded out of contention.
