News coming from Peru tells of how criminals broke into the Haras Barlorenta, a leading stud farm, and killed four stallions.

There aren't many details of this atrocity so far except that the stallions have been killed.  They were The Lieutenant (Street Sense), a maternal brother of Justify, who was due to return to Sequel Stallions in New York, Cyrus Alexander (Medaglia d'Oro), winner of the Gr 3 Lone Star Park Handicap, the Argentinian-bred Kung Fu Mambo (Giant's Causeway) who had won the Peruvian Derby, and Timely Advice (AP Indy) who had sired many local winners.
