After four seconds and a fourth this season Chefano finally got his victory in Race 9 at Sha Tin on Sunday.

The South African bred son of Silvano finished 1 ¼ lengths ahead of Reliable Team with Enjoying third.

A lot of interest in Race 10 with horses heading to the classics and it was the debutante Beauty Legacy, known as Hawkshot when he raced in Australia, who got the win over Happy Fun and Decrypt.  Beauty Legacy is trained by John Size and was ridden by Joao Moreira and was part of a Moreira treble.  Beauty Legacy is expected to go now to the Classic Mile.
