Coming from the same stable and under a top ride from Bryony Frost Frodon bounced back to top form at Kempton.
We wondered if he might be inspired by the name of the race and whether that was it or he was just reaching a good level of fitness he had no problem in leading the field the whole way round to finish 1 ¼ Lengths ahead of surprise second Keeper Hill 14/1 and short priced favourite Top Notch was third, his jockey saying he seemed flat which could explain the 7 lengths margin behind the second home.
Frodon, who won the 2019 Ryanair may go to that race again but in the meantime is likely to head to Newbury on 8 February for the Denman Chase.
