Blast Onepiece blasts back into form

The G2 American Jockey Club over 2200m saw Blast Onepiece return from his 4 months holiday.

He dominated the race winning by 1 ¼ lengths from Stay Foolish 8.0 and Last Draft with Mikki Swallow fourth.

On the dirt in Kyoto the Tokai TV Hai 1800m went to Air Almas with Vengeance second and Inti third.

Good news this week of Japanese apprentice Kazuishi Kimura winning the American Eclipse award for the best apprentice in North America and Canada. The 20 year old is based at Woodbine and comes from Hokkaido via the JRA School at Shiroi.
