This Class 1 over 1200m is the feature of Sunday's card at Sha Tin.

On paper it looks like being a battle between Frankie Lor's Big Party with van Niekerk riding and John Size's Hot King Prawn with Joao Moreira on board.  2.4 and 3.1 the current odds.  Something else could win and it would not be a great shock and since we've always loved him we will have a small e/w on Mr Stunning. That is Race 4.

Race 9 is a class 2 over 1800m and is quite open.  It looks as if the penny has almost fallen with Beauty Legacy and the work that John Size and Joao Moreira have put into him to make him settle is starting to pay off.  He's on 3.2, and Chefano who has a major case of "seconditis" is on 5.7.  We also like Reliable Team on 10.0.

Race 10 is also Class 2 over 1000m straight.  We like Duke Wai here – he's in good form and seems very honest and is on 3.4 for Paul O'Sullivan and Karis Teetan.  Stronger is also in good form and will have Zac riding for John Moore.  Computer Patch should go in – he's value on 12.0, and our roughie here is Shining Ace, who has an exemplary record over 1200m and hasn't done the 1000m since his early days, and is worth the gamble at 34.0.
