At Sha Tin Sunday the Brazilian rode a 5 timer and got his 500th Hong Kong winner.
Moreira then went on to win the feature Class 2 1200m for John Size with Shining Ace, who had started at a generous 12.0. Computer Patch came through the field to finish strongly in second place with the promising Transcendent continuing to make a good impression with his third placing. Hong Kong Bet was 4th ahead of Water Diviner and Duke Wai who blew the start and had traffic problems.
Owners were allowed to attend but there will be strict regulations regarding their movements with only one allowed into the parade ring which will have designated places for the connections of each runner.
