In Sunday's G1 Champions & Chater Cup favourite Exultant returned for a second win.

The Tony Cruz runner was under the control of Zac Purton who guided him through to finish ahead of Chefano by a length and Furore, with Savvy Nine fourth. Exultant is now looking to get the Horse of the Year title.

Purton also won the G3 Sha Tin Vase on Thanks Forever who got the better of Hot King Prawn in the closing stages, with Big Party grabbing third ahead of Fat Turtle.

We were happy with the get-out Viva Pataca Class 2 when our roughie Band of Brothers scored by a nose from Glorious Splendour. Happy Fun got third in front of Dan Control.
