The Phoenix Stakes G1 and the Phoenix Sprint G3 are the highlights of Sunday's card.

Both are over 1200m, for 2yos and have 10 runners. 

The Phoenix Stakes is interesting as some of these have already met and there isn't a great deal between them.  The Lir Jet beat Ventura Tormenta at Ascot and then the tables were turned in the Prix Robert Papin.  We think Ventura Tormenta can do It again – 11/2 the current quote, with The Lir Jet on 3/1.  Steel Bull who won the Molecomb is also on 3/1 but is up in class for this.  Our roughie here is Admiral Nelson on 12/1 for Aidan O'Brien and Emmet McNamara.

The Sprint has Jessica Harrington's Millisle on 5/2, Joseph O'Brien's Speak in Colours 3/1 and Sonalyla 9/2.
