By Kodiac and trained by American Wesley Ward, who has trodden this path previously, this lovely filly proved much too good for her peers in the Prix Morny and had no trouble going up to 1200m.  Nando Parranda ran very well to take second, and they were followed by Rhythm Master in third and Tactical was 5th.  The going was on the heavy side which may have worried some but not the winner.

There was a major upset in the Jean Romanet where Ioritz Mendizabel rode a blinder on the James Fanshaw trained Audarya 48/1.  Ambition was second on 10/1 and Romanciere third.  The first two will probably head for the Opéra.

No such problems in the Prix Kergolay with Freddy Head's Call the Wind with Olivier Peslier on board winning from Ashrun and German raider Windstoss.  Get Shirty and Red Vardon were none runners.

Ebaigra won the Pomone with Spirit of Appen second and Grand Glory third, with Frankie Dettori now able to return home as he said his done all the shopping and the car is laden with baguettes, cheese and wine.  He will use the elite athletes path through quarantine.
