This race always means it is time to pack up the bucket and spade and head back home.

The going is expected to be heavy which may account for the small – and possibly even smaller – fields.  The Prix de Meautry is G3 over 1200m with only 5 runners and we will go for our good friend Air de Valse here with Ronan Thomas riding for Corine Barande=Barbe.

3/1 is the quote.

The Prix Quincy is over 1600m and has 6 starters with Stunning Spirit on 7/4 and Duhail on 4/1.

The GP is G2 over 2000m and Ziyad is on 2/1 or Carlos Laffon-Parias with Olivier Peslier in the irons and Red Verdon in the famous Arcalli colours has P-C Boudot riding for Ed Dunlop and they are on 5/1. The trip may be a bit short but the heavy going should compensate.
