The Class 2 was over 1600m and Excellent Proposal was a very convincing winner and looks set to progress on to bigger and better things.  Savvy Nine was second on 8.4 and Insayshable third on 21.0, and Flying Quest 4th on 88.0 making a nice pick 4 payout for those lucky enough to have found the right combination.

A limited number of public places were available and sold out in minutes, plus owners and guests were able to be present at reserved tables.  All went smoothly so one hope this will be able to progress with bigger numbers coming in and providing a bit of atmosphere.  It certainly would have been a memorable afternoon watching Moreira ride his six winners (and a second and a third).
