With the scratching of Altior life became much easier for Politologue.

So easy in fact that he managed to win by 7l over his stablemate Greaneteen  and then Rouge Vif was 1 ¼ lengths behind him.  Only 5 runners so not the greatest edition of this race but the winner did all that was asked of him and put in a creditable performance.
