There will be an inspection of Chepstow in the morning UK time as it is very very damp.

The two features on the card are the Gr 1 Coral Finale Juvenile Hurdle with 9 runners, and the Grand National which currently has a field of 18 but there may be defections here.

Paul Nicholls trains Houx Gris who is favourite for the Hurdle on 6/4 and with a record showing 1-2-3-1 this is not surprising.  Elham Valley won on debut and is on 4/1 together with Marta des Mottes who we like.

At present the Grand National field is headed by Secret Reprieve on 7/2 and our pin fell on Christmas in April on 8/1 and Ramses de Teilee and Bobo Mac both on 16/1.
