An exciting battle to the line between Rebel's Romance and Mouheeb.

There was only a head in it and that was the finishing order.  There was a gap of 7 lengths back to the dead-heaters for third, Zhou Storm and Sharp Spun, a debutante who went off at 125/1.

However it is the first two that will go into the little black book.

In the Dubai trophy Topper Bill looked beaten when First Smile went past him at about the 300m mark but then the penny dropped and he chased away and got the win by a margin of a length.  Dignity Joy was 2 ¼ lengths back in third.

They are racing at Meydan on Saturday as a prep for some of the carnival races.  Interesting but not too exciting at the moment.
