As the first snow fell on Mt Fuji this week the G1 races also return.

Starting off the series the Sprinters Stakes G1 over 1200m at Nakayama leads the way.

Meikei Yell won the Centaur Sprint in record time  and while it is rare to achieve the double it's good enough to make Meikei Yell the 2.6 favourite. 

Namura Clair is up in class but deserves a go at this level and is on 3.5.  The two top picks are by Mikki Isle, a 4yo and a 3yo respectively.

Schnell Meister is German-bred and is coming down in trip but if he is schnell enough he could get this.  7.9 looks reasonable.
