Following his win in decent time in the 1200m Class 1 trainer Pierre Ng is hopeful Duke Wai can be invited to Dubai.

Ng thinks this would be a great opportunity for his horse to run a 1200m straight as the 1200s in Hong Kong both involve a bend.  He defeated the favourite Courier Wonder and Nervous Witness finished third.

The Class 2 on the AWT was won by Everyone's Delight 26/1 from favourite Handsome Twelve with Apache Pass third.

And the Class 2 over 1800m back on the turf went to Champion Dragon from Running Glory and Butterfield.
