2021 MISSILE STAKES – RACE ANALYSIS AND TIPS
Fasika and Riodini to battle for the lead in the small field. FASIKA (7) won well first up last preparation before not beaten far at Eagle Farm in the Victory Stakes. Since trialled well and is a noted flier fresh. Should lead from the inside draw and looks very hard to beat at the weights.
VIRIDINE (2) caught the eye late at Caulfield last start and while he hasn't won in close to a year he is rarely far away and looks to get his chance in this fairly weak field.
KOLDING (1) will be better over further but ran well first up in the Autumn equivalent of this race last preparation and anywhere near that level and he should be right in the finish again. PHOBETOR (5) has to take another step but is trending the right way.
