A field of 18 fillies plus four emergencies has been assembled for the 2016 Queensland Oaks at Eagle Farm this Saturday June 4.
New Zealand filly Provocative, one of the 2016 Queensland Oaks favourites, has missed a spot in the final filed and instead been named as first emergency, the filly also drawing gate 20.
She was one of several high profile fillies in the 2016 Queensland Oaks to draw wide including Ambience in 21, Dawnie Perfect in 22 and Sebring Sally in 19.Peter and Paul Snowden have three 2016 Queensland Oaks runners and all fared quite well at the barrier draw with Falkenberg in three, Self Esteem in four and Tap This in 13.
Last start stakes-winners Kebede and Chabaud drew five and 14 respectively while Imposing Lass is in 10, Romantic Maid in 15 and Mount Omei in 11.
