Danny Beasley, Glen Boss, Corey Brown, Vlad Duric, John Powell and Michael Rodd will continue to ride in Singapore in the new year.

Six expatriate Australian jockeys have had their licences extended to ride in Singapore.

Danny Beasley, Corey Brown, Vlad Duric, John Powell and Michael Rodd have been granted 12-month licences in 2017 while Glen Boss has been granted a licence for the first six months of the new year.

Duric, who rejoined Singapore riding ranks this year, is best placed of the Australian riders in 2016, sitting in second position on the premiership with 63 winners, six behind leader Manoel Nunes.

Four meetings remain for the season which winds up on December 4.

Beasley is third on 62 with Brown fourth on 53 and Rodd fifth with 49 winners.

Powell, the longest serving of the Australian jockeys riding in Singapore, is in ninth spot on 33 winners while Boss, who went to Singapore in May, has ridden 23 winners.
