The half-sister to Golden Slipper Stakes winner She Will Reign impressively won her first barrier trial at Randwick yesterday.

Rosina Kojonup won her heat over 735 metres in a time of 44.30 seconds under Blake Shinn.

The filly, who is trained by Bjorn Baker, defeated the Newhaven Park-raced Autumn by three quarters of a length with another length back to Godolphin’s Heloise in third.

Rosina Kojonup was a $425,000 purchase by Attunga Stud and Blandford Bloodstock from the draft of Yarraman Park at last year’s Inglis Australian Easter Yearling Sale.
