Chautauqua has refused to leave the stalls in two consecutive barrier trials at Randwick.
Champion sprinter Chautauqua has twice refused to jump out of the gates in consecutive barrier trials at Randwick.
After he stayed in the gates for Tuesday's heat, Chautauqua was added to the next trial but again refused to leave the stalls.
The seven-year-old is scheduled to begin his autumn campaign in the Group One Canterbury Stakes on Saturday week on his way to a tilt at a fourth TJ Smith Stakes win..

Racing NSW Randwick Steward Troy Vassallo tells @SkySportsRadio1 ... Chautauqua will require one official trial in front of Stewards before being cleared for racing. Could be next Monday at Warwick Farm.
