Coolmore Classic winner Daysee Doom has received a 1kg penalty for the $3 million Doncaster Mile at Randwick on April 7.

Daysee Doom was the only horse to receive a carnival penalty after racing in Sydney and Melbourne on Friday and Saturday.

She will now carry 53kg is she starts in the Doncaster.

The ATC handicapping department advised the following weight penalties for the Doncaster Mile:-

Daysee Doom - Penalised 1kg for winning the G1 Coolmore Classic at Rosehill

Sovereign Nation - Not penalised for winning for the Listed Super Saturday at Flemington

Comin’ Through - Exempt from ballot and penalty after winning the G2 Ajax Stakes at Rosehill

Cliff’s Edge - Not eligible for penalty after winning the G2 Alister Clark Stakes (set weights) at Moonee Valley

Humidor - Not eligible for penalty after winning the G2 Blamey Stakes (WFA) at Flemington

The following horses are exempt from ballot in the Doncaster Mile:

Alizee – Winner of the G1 Flight Stakes.

Crack Me Up – Winner of the G2 Villiers Stakes

Happy Clapper – Winner of the G1 Canterbury Stakes

Kementari – Winner of the G1 Randwick Guineas

Daysee Doom – Winner of the G1 Coolmore Classic .

Comin’ Through – Winner of the G2 Ajax Stakes

Hong Kong based jockeys Tommy Berry, Sam Clipperton and Zac Purton wil be riding on the Golden SLiper program at Rosehill on Saturday.

Berry and Purton have rides in the Golden Slipper whiule Clipperton has an engagement in the ATC GFalaxy.

Berry will also ride against Winx in the George Ryder Stakes and Purton has a mount in the Ranvet Stakes.
