Darren Weir-trained four-year-old entire Land Of Plenty is racing in good form this preparation, now winning three of five starts in taking out this Group Three race, his first stakes victory in 20 starts. He settled back in third last place in the 15-horse field from a wide barrier, tracking a good pace, before Damian Lane took him deep from the 600. He moved up strongly in the middle of the track to hit the front at the 100m and then fought back to score a narrow but very good win. Talented three-year-old Over Exposure settled in second last place in the 15-horse field, got between runners nearing the home turn, took a split at the 200m, challenged at the 50m and did well in fighting for a close second, his fourth placing (with three wins) from nine starts. Lite'n In My Veins was handily placed in fourth spot, was shuffled back a bit at the 700m before improving (deep) nearing the home turn. He then moved up strongly, hit the front at the 200m and fought on well for a good third.
