Peter and Paul Snowden-trained sprinter Dothraki improved by one run from a spell and staged a good effort in winning here. He travelled nicely behind the leader (Hey Doc) at a steady early pace (first 600m 36.49). He took the lead at the 200m and then dug deep in the sprint home to score a very good win. First Among Equals raced in fifth place, just behind the leaders, challenged nearing the 200m and then battled on very well for a close second. Kemono travelled back in seventh place early on before Craig Williams switched him closer to the rails side to be fourth at the 200m. He then fought on well for a close up third. I'm Wesley raced outside the leader (Hey Doc) and kept fighting on nicely for fourth, beaten less than a length.
