Internationals feature in Caulfield Stakes

The Group One Caulfield Stakes has a significant international presence with three northern-hemisphere trained runners in the field of 12.

Three internationals figure among the 12 acceptors in a star-studded Group One Caulfield Stakes.

Cox Plate invitee Benbatl, trained by Saeed Bin Suroor  for Godolphin, will make his Australian debut in Saturday's 2000m race from barrier one.

He will be joined by the Charlie Appleby -trained Godolphin runner Blair House  (barrier 11) who finished fourth in the recent Underwood Stakes.

Pat Cosgrave (Benbatl) and James Doyle (Blair House) will fly in to ride while Irish trainer Aidan O'Brien has The Cliffsofmoher lining up with Mark Zahra  to take the ride.

Darren Weir has a strong hand with Humidor , Tosen Basil  and Night'S Watch  while Chris Waller has Group One winners Unforgotten and D'Argento who have drawn gates five and 12 respectively .
