A knee injury has forced premiership winner Brenton Avdulla to forfeit his rides at Randwick on Wednesday.

Avdulla sustained a knee injury in a trackwork incident on Tuesday morning.

He advised stewards that he is unable to fulfil his engagements at the Randwick meeting on the Kensington track where he had a full book of eight rides.

Replacement riders are required for Jen Rules, Hostwin Supreme, Miss Shanti, Gretzky, High Low Bet, Smooth Whiskey, Torpenhow and Regimen.
