Michael Hackett remains the most seriously injured of three country NSW jockeys involved in a fall at Tomingley.

Country jockey Michael Hackett remains in a critical condition in Sydney's Liverpool Hospital after three riders fell in a race at the Tomingley Cup picnic meeting.

Ricky Blewitt, Michael Gray and Hackett all fell in the second race of the once-a-year meeting on Saturday.

Dr David Duckworth reported on Sunday, Hackett remained in a critical condition while Blewitt has three thoracic spine fractures which should heal without surgery.

He also has a fractured rib and possible scapula fracture.

Gray is in Dubbo Hospital with a fractured clavicle.
