The Premier's Cup is a Group 3 race conducted by the Brisbane Racing Club at Eagle Farm as part of the Queensland racing carnival.
The Premier’s Cup was introduced in 2006 as a feature handicap that serves as a lead-up to the Brisbane Cup.
Since 2006 the Premier’s Cup was run over 2200m at Doomben with the exception of 2015 when the distance was 2020m.
The 2019 Premier’s Cup will be worth prizemoney of $140,000.
Earlier winners of the Premier’s Cup include Theseo, Rezone, Reggie, Precedence, Zephyron, Faust and Real Love.
The 2018 Premier’s Cup was won by Rising Red from Maurus and Sedanzer.
