The Bostonian won the 2019 Kingsford Smith Stakes, backing up his Doomben 10,000 win, and the Stradbroke now looms for the star Kiwi sprinter.
The Bostonian was given a sweet ride by jockey Michael Cahill who found the fence from barrier eleven and then produced him between horses down on the inside before staying on well to win the 1300m contest with Princess Posh and Trekking closing into second and third. Two-year-old Dubious ran well to finish fifth taking on the older horses.
