The Bostonian won the 2019 Kingsford Smith Stakes at Eagle Farm, backing up his Doomben 10,000 win and setting up a tilt at the Stradbroke.
The Bostonian was given a great steer from jockey Michael Cahill, finding the fence from barrier 11 and producing between horses at the right time. The horse did the rest, powering through the line with Princess Posh and Trekking closing into the minor placings behind him. Two-year-old Dubious ran well to finish fifth taking on the older horses.
