Heavy conditions on the grass track saw many horses working wide and finishing off best closer to the outside rail. On face value the efforts of the well exposed Goodfella and Soothing were good enough to suggest they hold sound prospects for coming assignments.

Obscene, Bound To Win and Escaped were clearly the best of the 2YO trials, each indicating they have come on strongly since their early season appearances.

XX Goodfella; Soothing; Obscene; Bound To Win; Escaped

X Milk Man; Black Magnum; Loved One; Almerheri; Slow Burn; Best Stone; Intrepidacious; Emergent; You Rang; Deep Crystal; For Love; Aesop's Fable; Masked Crusader; Charles Seven; Sangita.
