Much underrated hoop Shayne Cahill was the first to put his name in the winner’s frame when his mount Going Gaga took out the 1400 metre opening race on the Parks circuit at Morphettville on Saturday.

Being under the care of Murray Bridge based mentor Michael Hickmott and coming off a last start seventh here Going Gaga came from well back in the field to win.

Westport made it three wins in succession and her first stakes win when she took out the listed Oaklands Plate which was run over 1400 metres.

Guided to victory by Barend Vorster the Tony McEvoy trained Westport got to the front just after the home turn after being in the first two throughout the event.

Coming off a last start seventh at Caulfield Yulong June brought up win number three from eight starts in the 1250 metre third race.

Bringing up a race to race double for Tony McEvoy and Barend Vorster Yulong June was well placed.

Caulfield trainer Peter Gelagotis joined the list of winning mentors when his charge Nudge Bar took out the 1550 metre fourth race.

Guided to a good win by Dom Tourneur Nudge Bar was another to be well placed.

The association of Murray Bridge trainer John Hickmott and hop Sairyn Fawke was successful again when France's Boy took out the 1550 metre fifth race.

Beginning well France's Boy made a late run to victory as the field rounded the home turn.

Bold Star brought up successive wins when he took out the 1000 metre sixth race.

Being under the care of Gordon Richards and guided to victory by Raquel Clark Bold Star came from well back with a late run to bring up win number four from twelve starts.

Tony McEvoy and Barend Vorster landed their third winner for the afternoon when More Than Ever took out the 2400 metre seventh race.

Bringing up successive wins More Than Ever came from a midfield position and ran on strongly to win.

Dom Tourneur brought up his second winner for the day when he rode Swipe Me Right to a win in the 1250 metre final event.

Bringing up successive wins the Bill Bogarts prepared Swipe Me Right came from a near last position with a strong run over the concluding stages.
