Clipperton has been called to answer a charge of failing to take all reasonable and permissible measures to win or obtain the best possible place in the field on his mount Irish Songs when he rode the gelding in the third race at the Kensington meeting on August 17.

The hearing is scheduled for 9am at the offices of Racing NSW.

The Kurt Goldman-trained Irish Songs has since finished unplaced at Warwick Farm on August 28 with the Goulburn trainer reporting to stewards that he was satisfied with the post-race condition of the horse and intends to continue with the his preparation.

Stewards have requested an unnamed licensed person to attend their inquiry into jockey Kathy O'Hara's use of a mobile phone in the jockey's room at Kembla Grange on August 8.

The inquiry is scheduled to resume at 1pm on September 10 at the offices of Racing NSW but will be dependent on the appearance of the unnamed identity.
