In an all-fillies finish, Anaheed scored a very good win, her fourth win from 10 starts and her third win a Group level. She settled in third place from her good barrier (2), got through on the inner at the home turn, took the lead at the 100m and then fought off challengers to win well. Li'l Kontra settled in seventh place (deep), moved up (still wide) nearing the home turn, was in a challenging position at the 200m and then kept fighting on in good style after a difficult trip to take second in a photo. Brooklyn Hustle was a handy sixth, took a split on straightening and then battled on well for third, a nose behind the second horse. Condo's Express was eighth at the home turn and then made ground for (2.8 lengths) fourth while the favourite Exhilarates was fifth at the home turn but disappointed in the straight in finishing (4.3 lengths) seventh.
