2019 ZIPPING CLASSIC – RACE ANALYSIS AND TIPS
Miss Siska goes forward and Dal Harraild can press into a handy spot. Maher/Eustace stable come in strong here with three terrific chances.
Tipping the best of them is HUMIDOR (1) backing up from a sound effort in the Mackinnon last week. That was a deeper race than he tackles here. An even tempo at 2400m can bring the best out of him now. New stablemate SOUTHERN FRANCE (5) didn't fire in the Melbourne Cup but he wasn't beaten far and they just hacked along there which probably didn't suit. His peak ratings are good for this.
DAL HARRAILD (6) just missed in the race last year. No match at Geelong but he worked hard there and is better than that. GALLIC CHIEFTAIN (3) and VENTURA STORM (2) have hopes backing up from last week.
