In Her Time's likely final racing preparation may also include a crack at Adelaide's feature Group 1 event for fillies and mares.
The Robert Sangster Classic (1200m) at Morphettville in May is under consideration for the dual Group 1 winner, who is currently quarantined in Hong Kong after missing a start in last Sunday's HK $20m International Sprint (1200m) at Sha Tin when ruled out on race morning.
A quarter crack in the mare's near fore hoof forced her withdrawal, and she didn't recover quickly enough to take her place in the field.
"In Her Time is fine again and could have run had the race been a couple of days later," Kris Lees said.
"She has to stay in quarantine in Hong Kong and won't arrive back in Melbourne until Christmas Eve," Kris Lees said.
"She will then spend another fortnight in quarantine at Mickleham (an outer Melbourne suburb) and come back into work in Newcastle in mid-January.
"We have a few options with her, including the autumn in Sydney and also the Robert Sangster in Adelaide and Doomben Ten Thousand in Brisbane."
Both the Sangster and Ten Thousand (also 1200m) are run at weight-for-age.
