2020 EXPRESSWAY STAKES – RACE ANALYSIS AND TIPS
Expecting good pressure on up front. White Moss and Special Reward can kick up from low draws. Irithea and Kiamichi can apply pressure from wider out.
KOLDING (1) resumes. Has a superb and lucrative spring campaign which returned wins in both the Epsom Handicap and the inaugural Golden Eagle. Has been beaten just once in eight career starts since being gelded and that came when luckless in a white hot Tramway Stakes. Track and distance stats both excellent. Will improve as the autumn progresses however class alone should get him a long way here.
ALIZEE (5) also resumes. Has won four of her five first up outings. Classy mare who is well in under Weight For Age conditions. STANDOUT (9) resumes after a strong four start maiden prep which included a victory in the Heritage Stakes. Readied for this with two trials. Looks a highly promising sprint prospect. KUBRICK (8), IRITHEA (7) and VEGADAZE (4) all value plays at double figure odds.
